ClubstoHire.com, the No.1 golf club rental operator worldwide, is adding a ninth location to its extensive offering across Spain with the opening of services for golfers visiting the sun-drenched region of Cádiz next month.
There are 22 golf courses in the Province of Cádiz – the most popular being the Novo Sancti Petri course designed by the legendary Seve Ballesteros (pictured). Other impressive courses in the region include those at Sancti Petri Hills and Montecastillo Barceló golf clubs.
“Sets will be delivered free of charge to the hotels in the Bahia de Cádiz area, which attracts around 80% of passengers that land at Jerez airport,” said CEO Tony Judge. “British visitors to the Cádiz region are up 250% since March last year and Jerez airport is served by budget airlines operating regular direct flights from London Stansted and Gatwick,” he added.
“There has also been a big domestic increase in visitor numbers in recent times as the region offers more than 330 days of sunshine, with mild average temperatures of 18C. Spain remains the most popular destination for Europe’s golfers wanting to play in the sun, which is why we have so many locations in the country, including a busy shop at Malaga airport,” said Judge.
Sets of the latest TaylorMade, Callaway and Wilson Staff golf clubs will be on offer to golfers flying into Jerez from €35 per week, which includes the online pre-ordered clubs being delivered and collected from the customer’s hotel.
The addition of Cádiz brings the total number of ClubstoHire rental locations across the world to 24, including facilities in Africa, Asia and North America. More than 4,000 sets of clubs are available for rental and golfers can even collect and leave them at airport terminal building shops in Malaga and Faro in Portugal.
Locations currently being served by ClubstoHire.com are: Spain – Alicante, Cádiz, Costa Dorada, Girona, Gran Canaria , Malaga, Murcia, Palma (Majorca) & Tenerife; Portugal – Faro, Lisbon & Madeira; Cyprus – Paphos; Morocco – Marrakesh; Turkey – Belek; South Africa – Cape Town; Thailand – Bangkok, Pattaya & Phuket; United States – Orlando & Phoenix/Scottsdale; UK & Ireland – Cork, Dublin & Edinburgh.
