The Belfry bags four wins at World Golf Awards

The Belfry Hotel & Resort has claimed four wins at the World Golf Awards 2020, picking up gongs for ‘World’s Best Golf Hotel’, ‘Europe’s Best Golf Hotel’, ‘England’s Best Golf Hotel’ and ‘England’s Best Golf Course’ for the Brabazon.

James Stewart, Resort Director, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have received four awards at the World Golf Awards 2020, once again placing The Belfry amongst the world’s elite.

“It has been a challenging year for the golf tourism and the hospitality industry due to ongoing restrictions however, the team at The Belfry has excelled in continuing to ensure the standards across all of our golfing facilities are world class.  I am incredibly proud of every team member, each of whom is critical to delivering the excellent experience for which we’re renowned.

“Our three golf courses, including The Brabazon and The PGA National, are world renowned having previously hosted The Ryder Cup four times and 17 European Tour events, including the ISPS HANDA UK Championship this summer, producing some of the most dramatic moments in the history of golf.”
