Argentario offers five-star facilities on and off the golf course

The Argentario Golf Resort & Spa in south west Tuscany has introduced two ‘Golf & Yoga’ retreats in 2020 that are aimed specifically at lady golfers and beginners who are just taking up the game. The retreats will take place from March 18 -22 and May 11-15.

In addition to yoga classes every morning, the experienced golfers will benefit from daily tee times over Argentario’s championship course as well as access to the Resort’s extensive training facilities and driving range whilst the beginner golfers will be given two hours of golf coaching per day and unlimited access to the training facilities with unlimited range tokens.

Golf professional, Kasia ‘Kate’ Selwent, will run the coaching sessions throughout the five-day package whilst experienced teacher, Mariah Noelle, will lead the yoga lessons.

The rates per person for the ‘Golf & Yoga’ package, based on two people sharing a room, are priced from €949 for a four-night stay for the experienced golfers whilst the beginners will pay €879 for the four nights.

Those on the ‘Yoga & Golf’ package will be welcomed to the resort at a three-course dinner, where they can get to know their fellow guests whilst the extensive MediaSPA and Espace Wellness and Health Centre on site will be the ideal place to relax and unwind after the exertions of yoga and golf on a daily basis.

Other activities that can be undertaken include swimming in the outdoor and indoor pools, tennis, padel, mini football and jogging on different trails set out on the property whilst the Resort also offers two restaurants, the Dama Dama and the Club House, where guests can enjoy healthy, local Tuscan cuisine prepared from locally-sourced produce in stylish, yet comfortable surroundings. For those who wish to explore the surrounding area of the Maremma, the hotel concierge can arrange a visit to a local Tuscan village one evening for dinner.

Argentario is easily accessed from Rome Fiumicino airport, which is just a 90-minute drive away.
