Stewart Golf has become the Official Trolley Partner of The Open Championship, marking a significant milestone for the award-winning electric trolley manufacturer.
Under the agreement, Stewart Golf will serve as the primary Official Golf Trolley Licensee for The Open, marking a significant milestone for the premium electric trolley manufacturer and further strengthening the brand’s position at the elite level of golf and reinforcing its reputation for innovation, performance and design.
Running over an initial three-year period, the licensing partnership will cover The Open in 2026, 2027 and 2028, featuring in the merchandise offering throughout the week of the Championship.
Mark Stewart, CEO of Stewart Golf, said: “To become the Official Licensed Trolley Partner of The Open is a proud moment for everyone at Stewart Golf. “The Open holds a special place in the game, and to agree a long-term association with such a historic and globally recognised Championship is incredibly important for the brand.
“We are committed to continually elevating the walking experience for golfers, and this partnership reflects the progress we are making as we continue to grow our presence at the highest level of the sport.”

Matt Tomlinson, Head of Retail, Merchandise & Licensing, The R&A said: “Stewart Golf and The R&A hold a shared commitment to excellence and innovation when developing product ranges, and our natural desire to tell stories through merchandise have helped us create an incredibly exciting, limited edition collection for fans of The Open this summer. It has been an exciting experience working with the team at Stewart Golf on our plans ahead of The Open and I am excited to see the reaction from our fans to the product over the coming weeks.”
The partnership is facilitated through an agreement with Fanatics, strategic retail & licensing partner of The R&A, which organises The Open each year.
Further details around the licensing partnership and exclusive product collection are set to be confirmed ahead of The 154th Open being held at Royal Birkdale from 12-19 July.
