Under Armour Golf strengthens UK sales force and opens new showroom

3.31pm 20th February 2025 - Retail

Under Armour has bolstered its service to retail partners for 2025 with the appointment of a new full-time member to its sales team as well as opening a new hi-tech showroom in the North-West of England.

The brand has appointed Charlie Hartley, formerly of Foremost Golf, as UA Regional Sales Manager for a new stand-alone territory.

Based in Yorkshire, Hartley will focus on the North East region whilst longstanding UA Regional Sales Manager Craig Hollingworth will continue to work across the North West and with all key accounts in the region.

The new Under Armour Golf Showroom is located in Warrington, Cheshire, and represents a key base for the brand’s sales team to service the northern region and perfectly complements last year’s opening of the Under Armour Golf Performance Centre at Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire.

Richard Palmer-Jones, Under Armour Golf UK, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Charlie to the UA Golf family. Charlie brings a wealth of product and industry knowledge and is a significant boost to our sales force. With new and exciting launches throughout 2025 we are doubling down on our efforts and strengthening the team in order to service our retailers and partners even more effectively.

“With our new showroom in the north and world-leading Footwear Optimisation facility at Stoke Park we are increasing our regional presence across both the north and south. These significant investments are a direct result of our rapid growth and build on a fantastic year in 2024 where we celebrated our ninth year as the No.1 apparel brand in the UK and claimed the No.1 selling shoe in UK.

“We are continuing at a pace in identifying further investment opportunities as we gear up for the next phase of our strategy in 2026 – we simply could not be more excited about our plans for the future.”
