Independent British golf brand Sounder has launched its SS23 collection at two of Scotland’s most prestigious golf destinations.
Golfers will be able to purchase exclusive club-branded products from the Sounder range at Carnoustie Golf Links in Angus and in the golf shop at The Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire.
The retail partnerships mark the first time that Sounder has worked with golf destinations to produce club-branded products. The collection includes branded polo shirts, knits & sweatshirts and outerwear, and the venues will also stock a selection of Sounder’s wider collection, including trousers and fleeces.
Cathal MacAteer, founder and creative director of Sounder, said: “We started Sounder because we wanted to create a golf brand for people like us – people who love the game, but don’t want to wear a white belt or a shiny polyester polo shirt to play. The response we’ve had from both golfers and the golf industry has been amazing, and when we met the teams from both Carnoustie and Gleneagles, they understood what we’re trying to do straight away. And as a proud Scotsman myself, I’m chuffed that our first club partnerships are with two of the great golf destinations in my home country.”
