Motocaddy has launched a brand new B2B platform to allow its retail customers to place orders and manage their account more efficiently.
The first of its kind within the trolley category, the new online portal is available initially to UK trade customers, with a rollout to other countries planned for the coming months. The new Motocaddy trade portal boasts a wide range of features, including in-depth product information, live stock availability, a 24/7 ordering process and a quick product search function. It also includes a customer account dashboard allowing users to view their order history, current balance, past payments and check the status of orders. Customers using the platform will have access to view the full range of Motocaddy products – including golf bags, batteries and accessories – making purchasing a quick and easy process, with browsing optimised for mobile and desktop devices.
Over a recent trial period, more than 25% of orders for Motocaddy products were placed outside of office hours, making the case for the timely introduction of the B2B platform.
