KBS Golf Shafts, the pioneering golf brand that offers a high-performance shaft for every club in the bag, has appointed Brandon Bassett to the position of UK Territory Manager.
He will be based at the brand’s new UK headquarters in Wokingham, Surrey, at the Full Swing Office Park, which will help deepen the presence of KBS in the United Kingdom.
Bassett will primarily focus on sales development and customer service, including direct engagement with distributors and over 500 retail shops in the UK. Additionally, he will provide best-in-class product training education, as well as expert service and after-sales support for the brand.
This is a significant move by KBS following strong growth across multiple markets worldwide, with the UK currently being the fourth largest behind the United States, Japan and Korea.
Bassett, 34, comes with considerable experience in the golf industry. He is a former Sales and Service Executive at TaylorMade, Head of UK Sales at Lynx Golf and Master Fitter at PXG.
Bassett said: “I’m very proud to head up the new KBS office in the UK and continue the success the brand has achieved in the UK to date, providing more product education and support to accounts and distributors.
