US-based golf rangefinder company Blue Tees Golf has announced its expansion into the Taiwan golf market after signing an agreement with leading distributor Original JY&T Co Ltd to supply its Series 3 Max and Series Pro models to retailers throughout the region.

Marc Overton, Blue Tees Golf’s International Sales Director, said: “I am delighted that Blue Tees as a brand continues to expand across the world and this new relationship in Taiwan is an important step in the continued expansion in the Asian market.

“Edward Tien and his team at JYT have years of experience, are well connected in the retail sector and have a genuine affinity for the Blue Tees brand, and we are looking forward to working with them to develop the business across the region.

“Standing out from the crowd is increasingly important, requiring elite quality features, value for money, key innovation, and brand identity and Blue Tees Golf continues deliver on all these levels.”

Blue Tees Golf’s top-of-range Series 3 Max laser boasts x7 magnification and has a range of features, including Adaptive Slope, which takes the player’s elevation in comparison to the target into account; Active Flag Lock function that ensures the laser quickly locks onto the intended target rather a tree or object directly behind it and delivers a gentle pulse when the target is secured; Auto-Ambient Display automatically adjusts colour to ensure that the display is crystal clear in all conditions as it automatically adjusts to the amount of light in the environment; and a built-in magnetic strip allows golfers to attach the device to the struts of a buggy, trolley, or any other metallic surface.

The Series 2 Pro is available in two versions – one with and one without the slope function priced at £159 and £149 respectively. Both models share a wealth of features that include a HD optical display, active flag lock with pulse vibration that activates once the target is locked on, and an active range of 800 yards for distances to +/-1 yard.
