Perton Park Golf Club, Wolverhampton, was founded in 1990. It is a well located meadowland 6,147 yards, par 71 golf course with excellent facilities contained in a recently refurbished clubhouse.

The clubs have reciprocal arrangements and are able to communicate together using the clubminder software. HMH Golf & Leisure state that there are other managerial advantages as well. The two clubs are very different in design and maturity and as a result they compliment each other. There are a total of 1,256 members of all types.

Financially, the clubs are run as a single unit and the profit & loss account to the end of September 2007 shows a turnover of £1,043,068 and an estimated EBITDA* of £224,349. *Earnings Before Interest Tax & Depreciation

Offers are invited for the freehold. The preference is that the transaction will be by way of a share transfer rather than an asset sale. It is not intended to sell the clubs separately. HMH Golf & Leisure has suggested that an offer in excess of £3m will be required to purchase the combined business.
