The business commenced trading in 1993 and has a current golf / leisure membership in excess of 950 members. The club enjoys a good reputation in the area not only as a golf venue, but particularly as a venue for societies, functions & weddings.

The sale was handled by Ben Allen and Paul Barnes at HLL Humberts Leisure. Ben Allen said, “The Ridge Golf Club is a fine golf business that proved of interest to a wide range of purchasers. The Club offers the full scope of facilities for the novice to the experienced golfer, which, combined with a welcoming atmosphere, make this an excellent venue for golf. We wish the new owners every success with the business.”
