Taylor Wimpey España begins property development at Estepona

Leading Spanish home builder Taylor Wimpey España is launching a new range of apartments and penthouses at Estepona Golf in Malaga.

Aptly named Sunny Golf, the first phase of the development, which will be completed in June 2024, will include 36 apartments and penthouses, with various layouts encompassing two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living space and integrated kitchen.

Every home includes a large southwest- or west-facing terrace, while ground floor homes also have private gardens and penthouses have solariums. Each property provides views over the golf course, with some also providing views of the coastline and the mountains.

The gated residential complex comes with its own communal pool and gardens. Each home at Sunny Golf also has a private parking space, with preinstallation of a charging point for an electric vehicle, along with air conditioning/heating, solar panels, thermal insulation and soundproofing, natural ventilation system, resulting in level B energy certification. Prices start from €230,000 plus VAT.

The Costa del Sol is home to more than 70 golf courses, of which Estepona Golf is one of the most popular and picturesque. In addition to its impressive 18-hole course, the resort is home to a two-storey clubhouse with restaurant, bar, pro shop and terraces with breath-taking views over the golf course, the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Bermeja.

Golfers who can’t wait for Sunny Golf to be ready can pick up key-ready homes at Harmony (prices start from €410,000 plus VAT) or Natura (from €559,000 plus VAT) at La Cala Golf.
