Six Senses Residences launches at Les Bordes

Six Senses Residences Loire Valley is launching the first phase of sales of its luxury homes at Les Bordes, one of the largest privately-owned estates in France.

The estate is also home to Les Bordes Golf Club, one of the most exclusive private clubs in the world. The development will also feature the new Six Senses Loire Valley hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2026.

The first phase of 12 homes (of 52 total), are now available for purchase, which include three to seven-bedroom villas. The homes will range from 2,360 square feet to 7,125 square feet on plots up to 1.72 acres in size and priced from €2.57 million to €8.18 million. The 5-star Six Senses Loire Valley hotel is expected to feature 50 guest rooms and suites, two outdoor swimming pools, three restaurants, two bars, a pool bar, event facilities, an expansive gym and a yoga studio.

Six Senses Residences Loire Valley residences are being designed to reflect a refined and elevated style with a modern flair, showcasing exposed wooden roof beams and locally sourced stone and chimneys, paying homage to the Loire Valley aesthetic. Every residence will have a pool and breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.

Homeowners of the Six Senses Residences Loire Valley will have access to all of the amenities of the hotel as well as its Six Senses Spa. The spa will feature a range of signature services such as massages, facials, and body treatments, as well as holistic programming including sleep regimens, fitness classes and meditation. An on-site organic garden will grow plants and herbs for locally inspired treatments and Alchemy Bar workshops.

Culinary offerings at the hotel will showcase the region’s status as an acclaimed food and wine destination. A beautifully preserved historic château on the property, Château Bel Air, will be transformed into a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, private dining area, lounge bar, and wine cellar for residents, guests, and the public.

Residents will also have access to Les Bordes’ Wild Piglet Short Course and the option to join the Les Bordes Golf Club, which boasts two world class 18-hole championship courses

Six Senses residents will have the ability to apply for the Les Bordes Country Club membership, which encompasses access to the estate’s existing lakes, beach and recreational activities. There’s fishing, biking paths, tennis courts and horseback riding. Residents will also have the ability to play golf on Les Bordes’ Wild Piglet Course, designed by Gil Hanse. The course, which consists of 10 par-three holes that pay homage to some of the most iconic holes in the world, was recently ranked amongst the 25 finest par-three courses in the world by GOLF Magazine.

Residents can also apply for membership to Les Bordes Golf Club, which affords access to the central clubhouse and championship courses, including the Gil Hanse-designed New Course, and the Old Course, is widely considered to be the masterpiece of the late golf course designer Robert von Hagge.
