Camberley Heath Golf Club
18 hole Harry Colt course with magnificent club house
Surrey
Sold for £6m

The Essex Golf Centres
72 holes of golf at two venues, one at Hainault, East London and one at Southend, Essex.
Sold for £5.15m

Sold for £425,000

Port Sunlight Driving Range,
Freehold Sale
Wirral
Sold for £330,000

Farleigh Court Golf Club,
27 hole venue near to Croydon, Surrey
Sold for £2.5m

Apremont Golf Club,
18 hole venue close Paris, France
Sold for €3.2m

Chesterton HMH also advised Crown Golf, the buyer of the American Golf UK portfolio, put up for sale in September 2004. The group consisted of 22 properties throughout the country.
So far in 2005 Gatton Manor, an attractive golf hotel in Surrey, has already been sold. The guide price was £3m Currently Chesterton HMH has three properties under offer with a total value of £8.15m and existing businesses and development opportunities that are available confidentially both in the U.K. France, Germany & Portugal.
