Acting on behalf of the Administrator, GVA Hotels and Leisure is offering for sale The Grange & Links Hotel and Golf Club on the Lincolnshire coast as either a single lot or as two separate lots.

The Golf Club and Hotel is situated south of the seaside resort of Mablethorpe in the Sandilands suburb of Sutton-on-Sea, on Sea Lane, which is midway between the A52 and the beach. The properties are approximately ¼ mile distant from one another.

The 18-hole links golf course is a par 70 (SSS69) 6,021 yard Links course dating back to 1901 and with some excellent coastal views, a clubhouse with two-bedroom flat, shop, lounge bar and dining room and parking for approximately 50 vehicles.

Andrew Moore of GVA says: “The hotel has historically traded with a 3-Star AA rating, and has 24 en-suite letting rooms, a large function room, lounge, restaurant, gym room and games room. Outside there are two tennis courts, three stables and a gravel car park. There is potential to build the business at both the hotel and golf club.

“The businesses can be run jointly or as separate concerns. There may also be scope for alternative use on both sites.”

Offers are invited for the Grange & Links Hotel and Sandilands Golf Course as a single lot or as separate lots.
