Lee Westwood is endorsing a new collection of golf properties from long established UK property development and sales company Your Place Abroad.
The Fairway Living collection offers front line golf properties in over a dozen locations including some of the most popular golfing destinations like Tenerife, where Westwood chose his property from the YPA-Fairways Living collection. Portugal and Spain also feature strongly, but emerging and exciting developments that stretch from Canada to the Dominican Republic also catch the eye.
YPA is developing a network of golf agents to promote the new Fairways Living collection, with attractive commissions available to agents who introduce potential buyers.
Golf industry veteran Mike Smith is a director of this new venture and said,”Our strategy is to offer a specific golf product to golfers throughout the UK who are interested in owning properties for either their own use, or to generate rental income and to enjoy long term capital growth. We want to build a strong base of agents, including golf professionals who can also take subsidised inspection trips with their members”.
