Harvington Golf Centre put up for sale

Harvington Golf Centre in Worcestershire has been put up for sale as part of a larger property portfolio that also includes a caravan park, fishing lakes and agricultural fields.

Manor Farm Leisure is being brought to market by Savills, with the property available in three lots.

Lot 2 is Harvington Golf Centre, comprising an 18-hole and a 9-hole golf course, two agricultural fields, river fishing, former livestock building and a two-bedroom residential property. It is available at a guide price of £1.25 million.

Lot 1 comprises 46 caravan holiday homes, of which 31 have been have been sold under 20-year licence agreements,  a touring caravan area with 15 pitches and an amenity building.
There is also an open area which provides storage for 20 caravans adjoining which there are several buildings and paddocks which offer potential for further development, subject to planning permission being obtained. A three-bedroom residential property with separate access adjoins the caravan park. This lot is available at a guide price of £3.25 million.

Lot 3 is Windmill Lakes. Spanning 28 acres it has six lakes with a total of 203 pegs and a range of species of varying weight and maturity, including carp, crucian carp, tench and perch. There is a three-bedroom manager’s accommodation, a café, tackle shop and 40 car parking spaces, with additional parking adjoining the lakes. Offers are invited for this Lot.

Manor Farm Leisure is located on the edge of Harvington, an attractive village positioned between Worcester, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon, with easy access to the A46 which links Somerset to Lincolnshire.
