Offers in the region of £1.0 – £1.25 million are invited for the Golf Club; with offers in the region of £1.25 – £1.5 million sought for the Ski Centre.
The properties enjoy a commercial trading location on the edge of Gloucester (population 109,888) and currently form part of the Ramada Gloucester Hotel & Country Club, the remainder of which is being retained by the vendor.
Gloucester Golf Club (established in 1976) is set in 71 hectares (174 acres) and comprises: a Donald Steel designed 18 hole 6,544 yard (par 72) golf course; a putting green and practice ground, with planning permission for a 15 bay golf range; a c. 540 sq m (5,800 sq ft) clubhouse with fine views over the Cotswold Hills; and a purpose built greenkeeping building. The ski business has a proven profitable trading record, achieving a 3 year average EBITDA of £225,697, yet still offers potential for further commercialisation.
