Holsworthy Golf Club, originally a private members club dating from 1937, is a freehold property situated in a popular tourist location close the the renowned North Devon / Cornish coastline. Acquired by the current owners in 2014 and converted to a proprietary business at that time, the Club is being offered for sale as the partners wish to retire.
