Cameron House, the five-star resort located on the banks of Loch Lomond in Scotland, has been sold by KSL Capital Partners to the London-based Victory Group for a reported £100 million.

Victory Group’s property portfolio is built around high-end real estate and hospitality assets in Europe, including the Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva, the largest five‑star hotel in Switzerland, and office buildings in Brussels and Amsterdam. The Group acquired its first UK asset, a mixed-use property located in central London, in 2025.

KSL acquired Cameron House in 2015 from previous owner QHotels for a price of between £70-80 million.

The Cameron House Estate is spread across nearly 400 acres, with facilities including a 208-bedroom hotel with 28 suites, plus 115 lodges and apartments, two 18-hole golf courses, a spa, marina, rooftop pool, and an extensive range of outdoor activities, including falconry, boat cruises, jet skiing and clay pigeon shooting. The hotel’s fine dining restaurant, LOMA, is led by Michelin-starred chef Graeme Cheevers.

Victory Group says it will undertake a phased development of the property, with wellness, family programming, and lifestyle experiences all part of its future plans.

Cameron House boasts two golf courses, the 18-hole championship Carrick Course and the 9-hole Wee Demon

Erik Moresco, Victory Group’s founder, commented: “Cameron House combines breathtaking beauty, heritage and luxury. We are excited to be entering the Scottish market and continue to see the UK as a compelling environment for long‑term investment.”

A fire in December 2017 that resulted in the death of two guests closed the hotel for almost four years while it was being fully restored. The multi-million pound renovation, which was completed in 2021, resulted in a new extension, adding 68 bedrooms and suites, a 700-square-metre ballroom and a new loch-facing terrace.
