Tom Barrett of Savills has been appointed to sell the Blarney Golf Resort in Blarney, Co Cork on behalf of the Receiver Billy O’Riordan of Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

The main function room can cater for up to 200 people. Blarney is located in the southwest region of Ireland which received 1.8m visitors in 2012, the second highest number outside of Dublin.
