Troon Welcomes Allison Sheaves As Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Troon®, the leader in providing golf and club-related leisure and hospitality services, recently welcomed Allison Sheaves as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Sheaves will lead Troon’s global human resources team, supporting the company’s 35,000-plus associates across 45 states, 30 countries and multiple brands. She will office at Troon’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Sheaves comes to Troon from Scottsdale-based Republic Services where she served as the Vice President – Human Resources, Field Operations and was responsible for directing and overseeing all human resources functions in the field organization, consisting of nearly 40,000 employees across the country. While at Republic Services, she worked closely with the company’s executive leadership team and spearheaded the growth of the field HR team both organically and through acquisitions. Throughout her career, Sheaves has held key HR roles at leading retail and healthcare companies, including Dick’s Sporting Good and HCR ManorCare.

Sheaves is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Foundation for Blind Children and a former ambassador for the Network of Executive Women. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pa. Sheaves is a graduate of PennWest California in California, Pa.
