The world renowned Belfry Hotel & Resort has appointed James Stewart as their new Resort Director as of March 2016. Following an extremely successful 2015 for The Belfry, Stewart’s appointment comes at a very exciting time for the resort as it looks to cement its leading position within the hospitality industry.
Stewart has had an exciting and progressive career in Hotels and Golf Resorts across the UK. Following his senior roles with Forte Hotels as Regional General Manager, Stewart has also worked as Resort Managing Director most notably for Bowood Hotel Spa & Golf Resort and Mottram Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.
Upon the announcement, Stewart commented: “It is a huge honour for me to have been appointed Resort Director at a venue as iconic and prestigious as The Belfry.
