PowaKaddy has appointed a new UK marketing manager as the brand looks to elevate its marketing strategy and strengthen its position as the leader in the electric golf trolley market.

Tom Brown joins PowaKaddy from Srixon Sports Europe, where he enjoyed a successful 12-year career, most recently serving as European Digital Marketing Manager. Having started as a Marketing and Design Assistant, Brown’s progression through the business is a testament to his dedication, creativity, and deep understanding of the golf industry.

With a strong background in both brand and digital marketing, Brown brings a wealth of experience and insight that will be instrumental in developing PowaKaddy’s marketing initiatives going forward. His knowledge of the market and passion for the game make him a natural fit for the brand, as PowaKaddy continues to invest in innovation and customer engagement.

“I’m delighted to be joining PowaKaddy at such an exciting time for the business,” said Brown. “The brand has long been a pioneer in golf technology, and I look forward to helping drive its marketing forward with fresh ideas and strong strategic focus. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with a team that is clearly passionate about the game and committed to delivering excellence.”

David Catford, CEO of PowaKaddy, added: “Tom’s appointment marks a significant step in the evolution of our marketing efforts. His extensive experience within the golf industry, especially in digital marketing, will be invaluable as we look to take our brand forward in 2025 and beyond. We’re confident that Tom will make an immediate impact and are thrilled to have him on board.”
