Nominations for the 2019 England Golf Awards, which will take place in London in March, open later this week. Full details of this year’s award categories will be announced on Thursday, November 1, when nominations will open. Tickets for the black tie event will also go on sale that day.

BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker has been confirmed as the award’s host, which will once again celebrate the people, clubs and counties who are the true heroes of the game.

I look forward to another wonderful night of celebration.”
