Fraser Dunsmore has become the new Sales Manager for Bridgestone Golf UK.
The Glasgow-born Scot, with 26 years of experience in the golf industry, has joined Bridgestone from a senior position with Callaway Golf, where he managed apparel sales across Continental Europe. During his career in golf he has worked on behalf of Dunlop Slazenger, TaylorMade, Ashworth and Lotto Sports in Italy.
Now he will be responsible for sales of all Bridgestone Golf products across the UK and Ireland, including the premium B330-Series golf balls.
“I’m thrilled to be back in the UK and joining Bridgestone Golf at such an exciting time for the brand,” said Fraser. “The potential is virtually untapped, but our aim is to be ranked amongst the top three selling golf balls within the next five years.”
Bridgestone Golf UK was recently established as a subsidiary of the Bridgestone Sports Company Ltd., as the brand looks to increase its share of the golf ball market after success in the United States, where it now enjoys No.2 status.
