Following its acquisition, the renaissance at MH Systems is gathering pace and as part of its plans to ensure high standards of customer service, a new support engineer, Brian Beckett, has joined the team.
General Manager Sabine Duret said, “The last 18 months has seen some major investment in pursuit of improving what we do for our customers. Part of this is about strengthening our support team, and I’m very pleased Brian has come on board, bringing additional technology expertise and experience.”
Highly experienced thanks to a career with organisations like SECSU (part of the NHS), Neopost UK, Interactive Technologies and Colourgen, Beckett is delighted to be working with MH Systems. As he explains: “MH Systems is a great opportunity in a market sector that in some respects is very different to those I’ve known, but whose customers make very similar demands of their software and have very similar expectations of their technology partners.”
