London Golf Club has appointed experienced golf industry professional Josh Moses as its new director of operations.

Moses joins the Kent-based venue following more than a decade working across some of the UK’s most respected golf clubs, bringing extensive experience in club management, operations and member services.

Most recently serving as general manager at Walton Heath Golf Club, Moses has built a reputation for delivering exceptional member experiences and operational excellence during a career that has spanned roles including competitions and handicap manager at Walton Heath, golf secretary at Rye Golf Club and assistant general manager at Sunningdale Heath Golf Club.

Earlier in his career, Moses also gained international experience in the United States at Broken Sound Club in Florida, alongside roles within Marriott’s Forest of Arden resort, providing him with a broad understanding of both private members’ clubs and resort golf operations.

Stephen Follett, chief executive of London Golf Club, said: “We are delighted to welcome Josh to the London Golf Club. His experience within some of the country’s most prestigious clubs, combined with his deep understanding of club operations and member engagement, makes him a fantastic addition to the team.

“Josh brings a genuine passion for the game and the industry, and we are confident his leadership and experience will help us continue to enhance the experience for our members and guests.”

Moses said: “I’m delighted to be joining London Golf Club and to be taking on this role while working alongside Stephen and the wider team. I have always been passionate about delivering high‑end experiences for members and guests,  both on and off the course, and it’s clear that this focus is shared across the Club. Working closely with the team will be central to my role, ensuring our operational focus enhances the customer journey and supports a culture where people can do their best work.

“With a number of meaningful projects and developments underway, this is an exciting and inspiring time to be joining the Club. I’m incredibly grateful for the warm welcome I’ve received from both members and colleagues, and I’m very much looking forward to contributing to the continued success and future direction of London Golf Club.”
