Bernhard and Company is pleased to announce that, Jonathan Pendry, agronomist and turf consultant, will be joining the company this month as Director of Agronomy.
The company is already renowned in the industry for its ability to offer full service turf care solutions to its global customer base. Jonathan’s agronomic know-how and considerable experience will further strengthen their reputation as a leading supplier of turf health solutions. Jonathan will initially focus on providing customer support to the latest additions to the Bernhard EMEA product portfolio, SubAir™ Systems and TurfBreeze™. He already has an in-depth working knowledge of both products.
Jonathan has worked for many years in the sports turf industry, developing, constructing, consulting and managing some of the World’s finest facilities. In 2012 he founded his own consultancy business, International Turf Company (ITC) and over the last four years ITC has established itself as a premier consultancy with projects across Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and Africa.
Jonathan holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Turfgrass Science and has recently gained recognition as a GEO sustainability associate. Jonathan has the perfect credentials to support Bernhard’s industry leading customer care programme. He will be able to liaise with sports turf managers and their consultants to ensure that optimal turf health solutions are provided.
