Colt Mackenzie McNair, golf’s premier executive recruitment specialist, has expanded its team of consultants to manage its growing number of managerial recruitment assignments from all areas of the EMEA golf industry.
The Surrey-based business, that also has offices in Dubai and Hong Kong, has recruited Ryan McKinnia to the role of Associate Consultant, with specific responsibility for overseeing an increase in demand from the UK’s multi-site golf course operators.

Since the launch of Colt Mackenzie McNair in 2006, the business has built a strong reputation for executive search, and has recruited for a host of high profile golf brands, clubs, resorts and associations including Lyle & Scott, The Celtic Manor Resort in Wales, London Golf Club in Kent, BIGGA (British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association) and the Wentworth Club in Surrey.

Ryan is an active golfer himself. As a scratch player, he was part of this year’s Charterhouse team that won ‘The Halford Hewitt’, one of Britain’s most prestigious golf tournaments, contested between teams of 10 former pupils from the schools that make up the membership of the Public Schools Golfing Society.
