Club Inc, the golf industry’s one-stop-shop for clubs and individuals seeking a helping hand, are proud to announce three important additions to their already comprehensive associate team.
Gerry Boon, Patrick and Belinda Kiely have joined ranks with immediate effect, adding to Club Inc’s unrivalled list of affiliated individuals and brands.
Boon, who founded and headed Deloitte’s Sports Business Group for 15 years, is acknowledged internationally as a leading light in sports business consultancy and is renowned as an excellent commentator in the industry.
Through Club Inc, he will offer those in need of specialist consultancy advice on topics including financial analysis, organisation and structure reviews, business strategy, assessing commercial feasibility, business planning, financial appraisals and review of facilities and events.
Amassing an impressive 20 years in sport, Boon is also the author of numerous articles and authoritative publications on financial and business matters relating to the industry.
Enthusiastic over his new affiliation, Boon said: “I’m delighted. Club Inc is an organisation that seems to be gathering momentum at a rate rarely seen in the sports world. The list of affiliates and associates is impressive. I’m eager to get started and offer help, through Club Inc, to whomsoever may need it.”
Following suit are Patrick & Belinda Kiely, who purchased the loss-making, run-down Gatton Manor Hotel & Golf Club in 2005 and turned it around into a hugely profitable business during a six-year program. They have unique owner/operator insight which they are happy to share with other owners and investors.
During their time at Gatton Manor, the pair won numerous customer service awards including the national AA Centenary Award for Excellence, attracted professional golf tournaments to the venue and secured invaluable planning consents adding considerable value to the business.
Belinda Kiely, commented: “My husband and I know what it takes to turn a business around. Through Club Inc we can offer our services, alongside unquestionably the strongest line-up of expert associates in the golf industry.”
Club Inc’s latest recruits further emphasise the momentum gained by the company, who have gathered the expertise to provide advice for all individuals, clubs and suppliers through their associate program.
