Callaway announces New Senior Marketing Manager

Callaway has announced the appointment of Dominic Warne to the newly created role of Senior Marketing Manager for its EMEA business.

Dominic joins Callaway with 17 years’ marketing experience, having previously worked as a Senior Manager (Sponsorship Strategy and Activation) at RBS UK Retail, and prior to this, Brawn GP/Honda Racing F1, Vodafone, Sainsbury’s, Anheuser-Busch Europe and Carlsberg UK.

His arrival at Callaway coincides with one of the company’s most ambitious advertising campaigns ever, promoting the launch of a series of ground-breaking products, including the RAZR Fit Driver: the company’s first fully adjustable club, the RAZR family of Irons, the five-piece HEX Black Tour Golf Ball and Odyssey Metal-X Putters.

Reporting to Nick McInally, Commercial Director for Callaway EMEA, Dominic will oversee all Callaway marketing operations including product, advertising, public relations, merchandising, event management, retailer incentive programmes and product customisation activity.

Nick McInally, said: “Dominic has a wealth of marketing experience that will be invaluable to Callaway as we continue to launch innovative, high performance products and seek dynamic, creative and authentic ways to communicate our messages to retailers and consumers to drive brand awareness and sales.”

Along with his undoubted marketing experience, Dominic is a passionate and competitive golfer, a keen cricketer and also finds time to run half-marathons.
