Braemar Golf announces Director of Golf for Pravets Golf, Bulgaria

Braemar Golf has announced that Alan Rogut is to become Director of Golf at Pravets Golf & SPA, Bulgaria and will commence in January 2011.

Alan brings tremendous experience to the role, both locally and internationally, having most recently been Golf Development Manager to Bulgarian Golf Association and prior to this as General Manager at St Sofia GC, Bulgaria. Alan’s detailed knowledge of the Bulgarian golf industry together with being an internationally respected authority to the Eastern European golf market will ensure that Pravets Golf Club is a great success when its doors officially open on 15th May 2011.

The golf facilities at Pravets Golf & SPA are exceptional, with 18 holes of golf designed by the acclaimed golf course architect Peter Harradine and a Golf Academy that is purpose built to develop the game locally and capable of providing outstanding coaching to all levels.

Pravets Golf & SPA is also proud to host the first professional golf tournament ever to be held in Bulgaria, PGA Professional Championship of Europe at end September 2011.
