He spent 16 years as a leading marine engineer in the Royal Navy, honing his technical expertise and cultivating a disciplined, results-driven approach to every challenge. His background and passion for innovation have equipped him with the skills to navigate complex projects and consistently exceed expectations.

In his most recent role as Assistant General Manager at Great Hadham Country Club, Paul led operations modernisation, significantly boosting sales and improving the customer experience. His ability to implement cutting-edge systems, foster new corporate partnerships, and deliver on ambitious sales targets resulted in record-breaking success for the club.
