Ba Na Hills Golf Club in Vietnam has appointed Gary Dixon as the club’s new General Manager.

Born in Australia, Dixon recently moved to Da Nang and joins Ba Na Hills Golf Club from The Bluffs Ho Tram, another of Vietnam’s leading golf courses. He previously worked with IMG as General Manager at Sky Lake in Hanoi, and is also a member of the PGA of Australia.

Paul Burley, Senior Vice President, IMG Golf Course Services, commented: “We are very pleased to be working with Gary again, and look forward to his outstanding knowledge and experience driving exceptional results for Ba Na Hills Golf Club. Gary’s impressive leadership and marketing skills will enable him to continue the remarkable success of this world class club.”

Dixon commented: “I feel incredibly privileged to be given the opportunity to lead the team at Ba Na Hills Golf Club. The quality of the golf facilities and guest experience is of the very highest standard, and the club is widely recognised as an industry leader. I look forward to working with IMG and the owners Sun Group, as we look to capitalise on the return of international travel to Vietnam.”

Designed by European Ryder Cup Captain Luke Donald and managed by IMG, Ba Na Hills has won more international golf course awards than any other course in Vietnam.
