Premium Golf Brands, the distributor of Cutter & Buck in the UK, Ireland, Spain and Portugal is delighted to announce that the brand has extended its long standing agreement with Annika Sörenstam until 2016.

While Annika’s retirement from the LPGA Tour offers new faces the opportunity to hoist the trophy on a Sunday afternoon, her legacy continues to have a lasting impact on and off the course.  Annika has brought passion, inspiration and electricity to the game of golf and is one of the rare people who deserve to be known as “a legend in her own time”.

This is why her continued contribution is valued by Cutter & Buck as Grahame Jenkins Managing Director of Premium Golf Brands explains, “It is impossible to underestimate the influence that Annika has had on the ladies game.  She has changed perceptions of the game itself and through her work with Cutter & Buck has created a completely new look for the modern lady golfer.  She continues to be a role model for lady golfers worldwide and her input is invaluable.”

Annika first started working with the Cutter & Buck brand in 2004 both in the capacity of design consultant for her self-titled clothing range and representing the brand on Tour.  This new agreement will see her continue to work with the brand in a consultancy role to.  SS11 will mark the return of the first complete ANNIKA Collection to European shores for several years.  Customers should expect high performance fabrics and sporty cuts with stylised designs.

When Annika stepped away from professional golf last year it was to concentrate on other business interests including the ANNIKA collection at Cutter & Buck.  As well as apparel Annika is also developing the ANNIKA Academy, ANNIKA Financial Group, an ANNIKA wine label, a signature fragrance as well as authoring two books and consulting on numerous golf course design projects. http://annikasorenstam.com/
