Former IMG Golf manager Andreas Döring has introduced the first auto-tee golf driving range system utilizing smartphone technology to access the range balls on-demand.  Awarded with government hi-tech innovation funding, the BAYLEIN Modular Golf Range and BAYLEIN smartphone application are part of a range of products designed to bring entertainment and lifestyle into the golf range at an acceptable and affordable investment level for golf clubs, resorts and commercial range operators.

Designed, engineered and made in Germany, the BAYLEIN Range incorporates modern materials and offers a turnkey service to operators from planning through to an installed product in a few days.  The contemporary modular system allows for a relocation of the range if necessary.  Modules include insulated video studio units for golf professionals, a technical module for housing ball dispensers & ball delivery system with multi-functional room units that can be configured for administration, F&B and lounge areas.

Detailing the development to bring these contemporary products to the international golf market, Andreas commented: “Establishing connectivity with your clients and potential customers is one of the key factors in generating new business in what is a very competitive golf market. The BAYLEIN group of products, with its own integrated IT system has been created to give golf clubs, resorts and commercial operators the opportunity to position their golf range as a fresh, innovative and unique facility and ultimately as a powerful sales tool to increase their business. The golf range has to do more than just protect a golfer from the elements. It needs to inspire and entertain them.”
