The majority of golf practice facilities would benefit from a mobile or permanent structure to allow all year round practice and teaching. Range Solutions intends to change golf practice facility landscapes forever with the first functional affordable mobile or permanent safe practice facility shelter, RangeDry!

“We think RangeDry is the amenity that most  golf facility needs to be complete for its customers/members”, says Richard Beresford, Sales Manager at Range Solutions for RangeDry. “It’s practical, it’s affordable and it provides a real solution to the age old problem of creating more traffic in wind, rain or excessive heat or cold. The unit is truly an all weather solution due to its unique crescent shape. We are excited to bring RangeDry  to the golf community for the first time in the UK.”

RangeDry  features DuraWeave high quality fabric construction. DuraWeave fabric lets natural light shine through, providing an exceptionally bright, pleasant interior atmosphere. The fabric does not allow harmful UV rays to penetrate, is waterproof and is incredibly resistant to rips and tears. DuraWeave also reduces the conduction of head and cold ensuring a structure that is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

RangeDry also features ViperSteel premium galvanised steel framework, which outperforms competitive products in rust resistance and corrosion three to one. The unit is a year round structure that can remain standing in any and all weather conditions.

The structure is available in either 10ft (3m) or 12 foot ( 3.6m) wide  bays, anywhere from a minimum of one  bays up to 10 in one construction. Width from front to back is 17′-3″, providing plenty of room for a stand behind video lesson and is 12′-6″ in height. RangeDry is wind rated at up to 90 mph.

RangeDry is available in a variety of options. The unit can be mounted on concrete or most importantly, it can be a mobile structure on wheels. This versatility makes RangeDry extremely viable at any practice facility.

Richard Beresford continues, “Our movable RangeDry shelter allows your players the advantage of knowing they can always practice on natural grass in a shaded/protected environment. RangeDry on wheels can be moved in 10-15 minutes by one person to a new area on the range to allow natural grass to regenerate. Alternatively, it can be a permanent or portable structure onto an engineered base, and then used with mats.  Feedback from customers is that in most cases RangeDry is less than 10% of the cost of most permanent shelters. That’s why we call it a functional, affordable first class solution.”

Range Dry is a division of Range Solutions, a UK based company specialising in the manufacture of Bay Dividers, golf range outfield  products and Range Equipment.

The company uses its 20 years of golf industry experience to offer products with a major point of difference/competitive edge that provide a legitimate real solution to an ongoing issue/problem. www.rangesolutions.co.uk

This is a great idea. Having worked for one of the largest golf course owner/operators in Japan with over 100 golf courses. I can tell you that this would be a big hit. In southeast Asia, they generally build permanent structures, but for Japan, there would good demand for this. Great for those wet mornings as people wait for rain to stop, or slow down.
