Putting the Func in Functional This Autumn

10.19am 29th July 2010 - New Products

Golfers can add some Swedish style to their game when one of Scandinavia’s most highly regarded golfwear brands, Func Factory, launches in the UK this autumn.

The brand combines great designs with high technical specifications to really put the Func in functional and its autumn outerwear collection will be available from September.

Func Factory’s products are fresh, functional and fashionable, and as flexible as your lifestyle. Not only do they look good but they enable the wearer to enjoy their sport whatever the weather.

The brand was created by Ove Hogfeldt, the founder of Cross Sportswear and a board member of innovative fabric manufacturer Gore. The stretch and woven material of the autumn collection is guaranteed waterproof for three years; it is windproof as well as waterproof; and has achieved outstanding performance figures in breathability tests.

One item sure to turn heads this autumn is the men’s stretch jacket, which feels like a lightweight jumper when worn, but stretches in four ways to allow full freedom of movement and is fully waterproof, capable of withstanding up to 300 per cent more water than the generally accepted water-resistance level.

The range also features stretch trousers; woven jackets; woven trousers; wind jackets; pullovers; waterproof suits; and microfleeces, for both men and women, in sizes XS through to XXL. Func Factory’s autumn range starts from £19.99rrp.

Func Factory will be distributed in the UK by Masters Golf www.mastersgolf.co.uk.
