PerfectaPutt Gets a ‘Hole’ Lot Better for the New Season

PerfectaPutt – the original go-anywhere, any-surface portable ‘golf hole’ – has been improved for 2010 to give even more golfers the opportunity to experience its unique game improvement qualities.

Now featuring two ultralight plastic discs the exact diameter of a golf hole, Perfecta Putt is spring-loaded with just enough pressure to trap the golf ball exactly where it would have entered the hole.

While always showing whether a practising golfer has hit the middle of the hole, PerfectaPutt also traps the ball if it hits the right or left half of the cup – instantly telling the golfer if they have a tendency to pull or push putts.

Ian Smith of PerfectaPutt, said: “Most battery powered ball returners or solid putting discs cannot accurately show where the ball hit them, or entered them – but with PerfectaPutt because the ball is trapped it gives instant visual feedback.

“We have adapted the design purely to make PerfectaPutt more durable, lighter and more versatile to make it even greater value for money than the original aluminium version.”

PerfectaPutt can be used both inside or outside on any type of surface. It is lightweight and compact making it the perfect travelling companion for any golfer who is serious about improving their putting.

Fans of PerfectaPutt include Harold Swash, who has coached some of the biggest names in European golf – including Lee Westwood, Ian Poulter and double Open Champion Padraig Harrington.

The recommended practice routine is for golfers to choose a straight putt and picture the dead centre line. Repeatedly hitting the centre of the PerfectaPutt grooves a rhythmical, mechanical putting stroke – which can then be taken out on to the course.

The new plastic PerfectaPutt is priced RRP £14.99 and is available from www.sphericalblade.com or from good golf pro shops and retailers.
