Nippon Shaft has announced the release of the N.S. PRO MODUS3 Wedge, a newly developed steel wedge shaft that offers optimum short game performance.
Based on feedback from PGA Tour players, the MODUS3 Wedge utilises several of Nippon Shaft’s cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to provide a lower trajectory with less variable spin and excellent directional stability.
Multi Heat Treatment (MHT) technology delivers the optimum feel on short game shots of all distances, while proprietary wall thickness adjustment technology provides high-level stability in terms of spin and direction.
“Based on the popular N.S.PRO WV, the new MODUS3 Wedge is designed to enable players to enjoy more confident approaches with optimised performance that closely matches their imagined trajectory,” said Garry Price, Sales Manager for Nippon Shaft Europe.
“Through the use of MHT, we’ve been able to further refine the unique flex and carry that is the mark of traditional N.S. PRO shafts so that golfers of all abilities can approach the green with superior control,” continued Price.
The MODUS3 Wedge is available in three weights that offer three different characteristics, enabling players to freely choose the shaft that best matches their style and current iron set.
