New Loft Options Added To Callaway MD3 Milled Wedges Line

Callaway MD3 wedgesCallaway has announced an extension to its hugely popular MD3 Milled Wedges, a family of specialist wedges created by Roger Cleveland.

Three new loft options have been added, a 50° W Grind, 52° W Grind and a 64° C Grind, all available in either Satin Chrome or Matte Black finishes.

The new 50° and 52° options, featuring the W-Grind sole, provide great turf interaction and controlled trajectory, a set-up that allows golfers to flight the ball low and make aggressive swings, especially if they have a steep attack angle.

The 64° option enables players to be even more aggressive with their shot-making around the greens, its C-Grind sole allowing the face to be opened out without the leading edge coming up, meaning fuller swings on approach shots.

All MD3 Milled wedges feature Progressive Groove Optimisation, a 3-groove package precision-milled into the face to optimise spin as you go up in loft. This design feature creates a smoother spin transition from irons to wedges.

Displaying a high toe profile and a semi-straight leading edge, each wedge utilises weight ports in the rear of the club to reposition mass for better shot-making, especially out of deep rough.
