The latest Autumn / Winter range from leading golf performance clothing brand Galvin Green features typically bold new colours and even more size options, plus additional WINDSTOPPER® garments designed to combat wind chill on the golf course.
A stunning new Purple colour runs through the 2013/14 men’s range, with no fewer than 41 different jackets, pullovers, sweaters, shirts, trousers and shorts.
One of the new standout garments is the Brett WINDSTOPPER® (RRP £169 sizes 3-XL), available in five different colour combinations. Regarded by many golfers as the ultimate top to wear in most playing conditions, the WINDSTOPPER® is made from a combination of an ultra-thin, totally windproof protective layer laminated onto a lightweight textile.
Other notable additions include two INSULATM pullovers – the full-zip Dawson (RRP £109 sizes S-XXL) and half-zip Dexter (RRP £99 sizes S-3XL) – that control body temperature by insulating body heat and releasing excess moisture. There are also several new shirt designs, including the body mapping Miller VENTIL8TM (RRP £89 sizes S-3XL) and the polyester/cotton Mike (RRP £69 sizes S-3XL) in five colours.
A new Thermal base layer – East long-sleeved, crew neck vest with matching Elroy leggings – has been specially developed for optimum warmth while playing in cold weather conditions. The combination of advanced knitting techniques and high-tech fibres provides a light, airy material structure for maximum comfort, breathability and moisture transportation.
Both the vest and leggings come in Black & Dark aluminium (RRP £55 sizes XS-XXL), while the vest is also in White & Dark aluminium.
In the award-winning GORE-TEX® range,the flagship garment is the Alex full-zip jacket in stretch fabric with mesh lining (RRP £299 sizes S-4XL).The top-selling waterproof Alf GORE-TEX® trousers now come in 26 different sizes (RRP £229), while the continuing ultra-lightweight Acton in GORE-TEX® Paclite® stretch fabric will also appeal to the serious golfer playing frequently in rainy conditions (RRP £269 sizes S-3XL).
