Feel good factor for Bettinardi at Silvermere

The benefits of producing a putter to suit every golfer were on show at Silvermere Golf & Leisure Complex last weekend (Saturday 12 August), when Bettinardi showcased its full range of specialist milled putters to club members and guests.

Silvermere demo day

All 15 models across Bettinardi’s four popular ranges were available for golfers to try out on Silvermere’s new all-weather putting green, with Bettinardi experts providing tips and advising on the different putter faces available and what feel best suited an individual stroke.

“It was great to have Bettinardi here on a busy Silvermere Saturday,” said Terry Sims, Director of Golf at Silvermere which offers a 30-minute putter consultation service where new putters can be fitted bespoke to the putting stroke and individual stature.

“Silvermere is renowned as a highly successful golf retail centre and to see so many golfers trial the putters and purchase them proves the day was really productive,” said Lance Monery, sales executive from JS International, who took over the UK and European distribution for Bettinardi at the end of last year

“The different face-milling designs and technology in Bettinardi putters ensures that every model in the range has a different feel at impact, something that golfers at the demo day really noticed. We’ll certainly look to run more days like this one with our growing number of stockists in the UK,” he added.

The 2017 Bettinardi range includes striking designs in the Studio Stock Series – used by multiple PGA Tour winner Matt Kuchar – the Queen B Series, plus the classic BB Series and the standout iNOVAi 3.0. Each putter is hand-crafted from a single piece of high-quality milled carbon steel using hi-tech CNC milling technology at the brand’s state-of-the-art factory, just outside Chicago.
