Blue Tees Golf introduces Rainmaker Launch Monitor

New portable launch monitor gives golfers the freedom to practice effectively wherever they play.

Blue Tees Golf has unveiled Rainmaker, its first launch monitor, a portable Doppler radar-based device designed to deliver performance data in a simple, user-friendly format for practice at home, on the range, or on the course.

Designed to deliver data without the complexity, cost, or permanent setup associated with traditional launch monitors, Rainmaker gives golfers the freedom to practice effectively wherever they play.

“Rainmaker is a natural next step for us,” said Brandon Francisco, Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder of Blue Tees Golf. “We’ve spent years building connected tools that help golfers play smarter on the course. With Rainmaker, we’re extending that same philosophy into practice and performance – making launch monitor data more accessible, more intuitive, and more connected to the rest of a player’s game.”

Engineered for flexibility and portability, Rainmaker is a compact device with an integrated adjustable stand for quick setup and alignment. An IPX4 water-resistance rating ensures uninterrupted performance outdoors in light-weather conditions.

A built-in 4.3-inch TFT LCD display delivers clear visual feedback without requiring a phone, tablet, or internet connection—allowing golfers to practice with minimal interruption or set up time.

Key features include:

  • Doppler radar technology for ball and club data
  • Adjustable handle-turned-stand for fast setup
  • 4.3-inch TFT LCD display optimized for outdoor visibility
  • IPX4 water resistance
  • Up to seven hours of battery life (USB-C charging)
  • Detachable magnetic remote for player and club selection

Rainmaker delivers the data golfers need to build confidence, improve consistency, and measure progress over time, capturing 13 key performance metrics directly on the device, from ball and club speed to carry distance, launch, spin, smash factor, and more. When connected with the Blue Tees LAUNCH App, it expands into a complete performance analysis with 21 metrics plus session history, dispersion mapping, ‘My Bag’ club setup, and advanced long-term analysis—giving golfers deeper insight into every shot.

Rainmaker also supports radar-compatible (RCT) golf balls, enabling enhanced spin measurement and even greater shot data precision for golfers looking to maximize the accuracy of every practice session.

Rainmaker operates independently with three core modes:

  • Practice Mode for full-session shot tracking
  • Target Distance Mode for gapping and distance control
  • Swing Speed Mode for speed and tempo training

For golfers looking to take their practice even further, Rainmaker is also compatible with leading third-party simulation software like GSPro, transforming practice sessions into immersive virtual rounds when paired with a compatible simulator setup.

Rainmaker integrates seamlessly into the broader Blue Tees product range, with session data feeding into each user’s GAME profile. This creates a unified performance view, where practice insights inform on-course decision-making and features such as AI-powered club recommendations across Blue Tees devices like the Captain Pro Rangefinder and the Player Pro Golf Speaker.

The Blue Tees Rainmaker Launch Monitor has an RRP of £599.99.
