adidas Golf has unveiled the latest evolution of its CODECHAOS footwear franchise with the launch of the new CODECHAOS 27, a spikeless shoe designed to deliver an improved combination of comfort, stability and grip for golfers of all abilities.
Available now in both traditional laced and BOA models for men and women, the CODECHAOS 27 builds on the success of previous generations with several key technology upgrades aimed at enhancing performance throughout the swing while maintaining all-day walking comfort.
Among the headline innovations is the introduction of AXISLOCK, a new dual-injected, one-piece support structure integrated into the midsole. Designed specifically for the CODECHAOS range, the technology cradles the heel to improve balance and stability during the golf swing without compromising underfoot comfort.
The shoe also features a redesigned TWISTSKIN upper, a lightweight two-layer waterproof construction that offers protection from the elements while adapting to the foot for a secure and comfortable fit.
The CODECHAOS 27 BOA model incorporates an updated TWISTGRIP outsole that increases grip coverage by 120% compared with its predecessor. The outsole features four distinct lug shapes engineered to provide dependable traction in both wet and dry playing conditions. The laced version combines the new TWISTGRIP forefoot with adidas’ adiwear rubber outsole to balance grip, flexibility and walking comfort.
Completing the performance package is adidas’ full-length BOOST midsole, which continues to provide the responsive cushioning that has become a hallmark of the brand’s premium golf footwear.
Golfers looking for a more customised fit can opt for the CODECHAOS 27 BOA, which features the BOA Fit System’s Performance Fit Wrap. Hidden beneath a waterproof zippered shroud, the system wraps securely around the foot to create a locked-in feel while enhancing stability throughout the swing.
The CODECHAOS 27 range also includes a junior model inspired by the adult designs.
