Nippon Shaft has launched its new N.S.PRO MODUS³ Tour 115 steel shaft, a high-performance model that is aimed at golfers seeking a shaft with a traditional bend profile with tour-level trajectory and spin.
It will be available on an installation-only basis from club fitters starting mid-March, and from late March from club manufacturers and/or for direct purchase from authorised online partners.
MODUS³ Tour 115 is aimed at the golfer seeking a shaft with a traditional bend profile that is heavier than MODUS³ Tour 105 (103g-112g), yet lighter than the traditionally-weighted MODUS³ Tour 125 (127.5g – 129.5g), with tour-level performance in its trajectory and spin.
The new shafts will be available in the following flexes and weights: R flex (117.5g), S flex (118.5g), X flex (119.5g). The shafts will be available in lengths from 41 to 37 inches (2-iron to wedges) and will feature a traditional linear bend profile, similar to the N.S. PRO MODUS³ Tour 105 and N.S. PRO MODUS³ Tour 125.
Last year, Nippon Shaft released a limited-edition black version of the Tour 115 shaft.
“Nippon Shaft is very excited about the limited availability release of our new N.S.PRO MODUS³ Tour 115 irons shafts,” said Hiro Fukuda, sales and marketing for Nippon Shaft. “The Tour 115 shafts will be ideal for golfers seeking a mid-weight model with Tour-level trajectory and spin performance.”
