The Nikon Laser 350G Rangefinder was presented with the GOLD award for ‘Best on Test Laser Rangefinder’ in the recent test carried out by Today’s Golfer magazine. The award was voted for by a panel of golfers including the Senior Equipment Editor, Jonathan Greathead.
Tests were carried out and each unit was marked on ease of use, functions, styling and value for money with the Nikon 350G coming out on top in nearly all of the categories.
Members of the test team went on to say that the clarity of the viewfinder was superb and comfortably the sharpest on test, even as the light started to fade later into the day. They also commented on how lightweight and sleek the device was and how well placed the buttons were, making it very easy to use. David Connor, Equipment Editor for Today’s Golfer said, “The 350G’s unique scanning mode made it easier to get distances to bunkers, fairway run-outs and the apex of dog legs and the First Target Priority System meant that we never had any trouble getting a yardage to the pin.”
When asked about the Nikon Laser 350G, Jonathan Greathead went on to say, “There wasn’t much to dislike about the Nikon 350G – it seems that before Nikon entered the arena, another brand had a free run on the market but it is very clear that the 350G is a real premium contender.”
“We are delighted to receive this award from the UK’s biggest selling golf magazine,” said Roger Wolfe, MD of YUMAX, the UK and Ireland sole distributor for Nikon Laser Rangefinders. “It is a great honour and a testament to the quality and advanced performance of the 350G, which we believe is the best on the market”.
The Nikon Laser 350G rangefinder is now available with a two year warranty and for a limited time now comes with a FREE dozen Srixon golf balls whilst stocks last. You can buy a Laser 350G in retail shops and pro shops throughout the UK with an RRP of £249.99.
