Low-cost Easy Press Release service launches for golf clubs

2.59pm 11th July 2014 - Media

EasyPressRelease_Logo_1000px_webMagic Hour Media has launched a new low-cost Easy Press Release service for UK golf clubs, offering a £135 + VAT package designed to get golf clubs in the local media more frequently.

The service promises a rapid turn-around of short, punchy press releases, designed to attract the attention of local news editors.

The releases will be researched and written by some of the country’s leading golf media figures, including ex-Golf Monthly Associate Editor Jezz Ellwood, Golf365.com and Sky Sports writer Matt Cooper, plus Magic Hour founder and ex-golf magazine publisher, Andy Hiseman.

As part of the service Magic Hour Media will send each story to an up-to-date local media list for each golf club which uses the service.

Suitable photographs to illustrate each story will also be sourced. If the club cannot provide its own photos, Magic Hour Photography rates are reduced for Easy Press Release customers.

“Golf clubs are constantly doing things which would be considered newsworthy by local newspapers, radio and TV stations” said Magic Hour’s Andy Hiseman, “but quite often they let themselves down with poorly written press releases, unusable photos or inadequate lists of media contacts. Or, they simply don’t send the story out.

“Easy Press Release is exactly as it sounds: an easy way of getting your news out. It’s affordable, professionally written by golf media experts, and we’ll get it to the journalists who count in your area”.

A launch offer of £325 + VAT for three golf club releases is also available.

Golf clubs with a national-level story to tell can also access Magic Hour Media’s UK-wide PR service, which has a proven track record of creating publicity in golf magazines, on golf websites and in golf social media.

Interested clubs should contact Andy Hiseman on andy@hiseman.com, or 01226 781000.
