Direct Golf UK, the leading multi-channel retailer, has been voted ‘Best Mail Order Retailer’ for the eighth consecutive year by the readers of largest UK golf publication, Today’s Golfer.

Announced in the March issue of the magazine, Direct Golf UKwon the prestigious ‘Best Mail Order Retailer’ category and finished runner up in ‘Best Online Retailer’ and ‘Best High Street Retailer’ categories. With no other retailer featuring as prominently as Direct Golf UK, such recognition goes to show the strength of the company as it builds its online presence with a new and improved website at www.direct-golf.co.uk as well as its high street portfolio with three recent new store openings in Edinburgh, Dundee and Middlesbrough.

Neil Bell, Managing Director of Direct GolfUK, commented: “It’s great for the company to get this recognition and win this award for the eighth consecutive year – especially as they are voted by the readers. We pride ourselves on our ‘world class customer service’ combined with our lowest prices and massive stock offerings – so it’s great that the Direct GolfUKoffering resonates so strongly with the readers.”

Andy Carlton, Editor of Today’s Golfer Magazine, said: “In a really tough time, Direct GolfUK continues to perform and they were the clear number one for our readers in the mail order category. The improvements they have made, both online and on the high street, have also not gone unnoticed by our readers and clearly expect them to be pushing for top spot in all categories next year.”
